Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect and why

When you use the candidate form we collect your full name, e-mail address, country of residence, field of interest, preferred language for our reply and, if you choose to write one, a short message. When you use the employer form we collect your contact name, company name, e-mail address, an optional phone number, sector, location, the roles you need, the approximate number of people, the expected start time and an optional message.

We use this data only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss how we can help you. We do not ask for passport or ID numbers, dates of birth, photos, CVs, or health, religion or other sensitive information, and we ask you not to send them through the forms.

Legal basis

We process your form data on the basis of your explicit consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before you send the form, and to take steps at your request before a possible agreement (Article 5 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law, KVKK). You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us.

Who receives your data

Your data is received by the AnatoliaWay staff who handle enquiries. Form messages are delivered to our business e-mail inbox, and the website is hosted by our hosting provider; both act only to provide those services to us. We do not sell your data.

We share your details with an employer or a candidate only as part of an introduction that you have asked for, and with public authorities only where the law requires it.

Transfers abroad

Our hosting and e-mail providers may process data on servers outside Türkiye. When data is transferred abroad we do so in line with Article 9 of the KVKK, on the basis of your explicit consent or another safeguard the law allows.

How long we keep it

We keep your form data only as long as we need it to answer you and follow up on your enquiry, and for as long as the law requires us to keep records. After that we delete or anonymise it.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures. The website uses HTTPS, form data is checked on the server, access to messages is limited to staff who need it, and our form handling does not write the content of your messages to logs. We never ask for passwords or payment details through the forms.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether we process your data; ask for information about it; learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is used accordingly; learn who receives it in Türkiye or abroad; ask us to correct incomplete or wrong data; ask us to delete or destroy it; ask us to notify those who received it of such corrections or deletions; object to a result against you that comes only from automated analysis; and claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.
